Not only is Yanchi's factory ISO 9002 certified, so is the harvesting of the
bamboo. This ensures that the bamboo is harvested at the optimum point in its
development. As part of the ISO quality insurance standard, Yanchi bamboo is
inspected at 25 different stations during the manufacturing process.
What is the level of Off-gassing?
Yanchi bamboo floors comply with the stringent European E1 Standard for safe
levels of Formaldehyde emissions. The E1 standards are stricter than the
California standards, which are the strictest in North America.
How much colour variation will there be in the product?
Yanchi are the pioneers in colour verification within the bamboo flooring

carbonized colours. This ensures that each board in each box on every pallet
will be matched closely for natural shade variance.
To what standard is the flooring milled?
One of the things that grades a bamboo floor is the specifications to which the
floor is milled (manufactured). The Yanchi bamboo floors are milled to the
strictest tolerance in the market. The width of the Yanchi floors are within
+/-0.15mm and the thickness are +/-0.5mm.
What type of finish is use on the floor?
All Yanchi floors are finished with Aluminum oxide, considered the most durable
