We at BuildDirect place exacting quality standards on our manufacturers for our A-grade decking products. Our new program is one that introduces Sub-select Stock or "B" grade.
"B" grade is stock that didn’t meet our most exacting A-grade standards, but passes the requirements of many of our customers. Some product was over run and has been stored for a period of time in the warehouse. Color variation and some surface imperfections (like scratches, flecking and slight fading) will be present. Also, some of the product may need to be cut back (we guarantee no more than 10% falldown), but for the budget conscious, this utility grade might be just right, and at the perfect price point for your next project. All "B" grade composite decking from BuildDirect is entirely structurally sound and carries its full structural warranty. Yakima Traditional offers 1 3/8" thick x 5 9/16" wide premium composite decking in both 12' and 16' lengths. This composite decking is available in gray wood grain and cedar brown finish , with additional texture for slip resistance. Yakima's low maintenance finish is protected with UV inhibitors to ensure long-lasting color. Yakima composite decking is incredibly hard and strong and will provide years of trouble free service. Yakima's weather resistance and slip resistant surface also make it ideal for boat docks of all types.One lift 96 pcs.of 12' lengths contains approximately 535 sq ft.One lift, or 96 pcs., of 16' lengths contains approximately 715 sq ft.For 16" O/C framing, each 10 lengths of 12' decking require approx. 1 bag of clips, each 10 lengths of 16' decking require approx. 1 1/2 bags of clips.
