Manufacturer’s 10-year Limited Warranty. From the date of purchase, Yakima Rever decking will not crack, split, splinter, or suffer structural damage due to termites, insects or decay, over a ten-year period. Upon inspection and determination of a problem with the product, the manufacturer will refund: a. in the first 5 years, 100 per cent of the purchase price; b. in 6 to 10 years, 50 per cent of the purchase price. Labor and cost of removal are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage from improper storage, installation, ground upheaval, substructure or improper installation of the substructure of the deck, ground preparation, fire, flood, natural disasters, or force majeure. Fungal growth and staining are not warranty issues. Periodic cleaning with appropriate deck cleaners will help to avoid such problems. Yakima Rever decking has UV protection as part of the product composition. Please bear in mind, however, that over time there will be a slight fading of the color. The extent of fading will depend on the climate and intensity of the sun. Such fading is natural and is not a warranty issue. Above and beyond the warranties stated above, no other warranty is expressed or implied on Rever composite decking. Liability is limited to the cost of the product. No inference is to be made concerning issues not covered by this warranty. This warranty is not transferable. Disclaimer of Warranty This limited warranty does not create for or impose upon the manufacturer any obligations or liabilities arising from any other warranties, express of implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer shall not be liable to the customer or any other person for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, and disclaims liability for breach of any other express or implied warranties with respect to this product. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may not obtain. This limited warranty gives the customer specific legal rights. Such rights may vary from one jurisdiction to another.
