Material went down quick and easy. No damaged boards. The clips are great, they just take a board or two to get used to. Material was picked up at one of the warehouse. EmPloyees there were helpful. my rep was eager to provide assistance in configuring and ordering. Mahogany composite decking was not as attractive as the sample sent. Color was the same, but the samle had many more tan/yellow specks than the received order. Acceptable and still attractive, but one of the reasons why we went with the mahogany was for those colored specs that maid the material very unique. 2 Shipments received - 1, their scheduling person was not accomodating but when the driver arrived, he was most helpful and accommodating. No other issues.

Sales people were very accommodating - getting me samples and working with the contractor on the materials manifest and getting payment finalized. Still building- but so far so good. Shipper called on Monday - when I was not in town and arranged to deliver on that following Friday - it was almost too quick ;-) Only challenge was there were extra boards on the truck - and the shipper took them with him - (typically when I get shipments there are a few extra boards for spoilage - he didn't want to have anything to do with that idea. Great experience - can't wait til the deck is complete then I can take a picture and send it to you - hoping the rest of the project goes as well as the ordering and delivery process.

There were 11 deck boards that had strap damage, but other than that, quality was excellent. Product shipped on two 16' pallets. Couldn't unload same from truck as local forklift was too light. ABF was nice enough to leave trailer at the job site. I hired two youths to unload for me.

Outstanding. This is my 2nd order of the Yakima Decking and both salesmen did a wonderful job. I really like the product, easy to work with, lighter than the traditional composite decking and it wears well. It was very easy to install and looks excellent. We can't really comment on it's quality until we see how it stands up over the years of exposure to sun, snow and freezing temperatures. It was excellent until delivery. Then it was a bit of a nightmare with the driver refusing to let us off load the boards. However, it was sorted out after a couple of days, but I still got the feeling that your logistics guy thought we were at fault. I didn't really receive an apology from anyone for the fiasco. I was very pleased with the service. The salesperson was very pleasant and information was readily available. I also found the on-line - live chat was very helpful.

the best!!!!!!!!!! This product is the best I have used, it cuts and is very smooth to walk on and is not slipery. I installed it in a checker board deck pattern with slippers to make the 28 1/8 square section. These units were built on a jig that was already square ( about four and onehalf minutes each ) and then were sent to the deck area. I called customer service about this pattern and when I complete the deck I will send several pictures showing how it looks . The mounting clips are very friendly to use or to change a board after installing the deck if there was any stain or other defects from scratching etc..

The Rever decking went down easily with the hidden deck clip system. It went very fast with two people; it even went very well when I laid it down by myself. The material is easy to cut & drill - no special tools required. I really like the reversible feature - I used the ribbed side for my steps for more safety. All-in-all with no screws showing the deck looks great!

I received my decking a lot faster than I thought I would. ABF truck driver was very helpfull in unloading my order. Product looks good. The weather has been too hot to work outside, so I haven't put the decking down yet

I really like the product. Easy to work with. The Rever product is very easy and quick to install. The clip system makes the process very efficient. The material also cuts very easy. I used the wood grain side for the deck surface and the beaded side for the stair treads. This was a great product to work with, it looks great on my deck, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I performed the entire transaction on line and did not need to speak to a sales rep. The online tracker was accurate. Local shipper delivered the goods on time and in good shape. Good, informative, user-friendly web page. Shipment was handled by more than one carrier, but was well coordinated and product arrived when they said it would. This is a good product and a well organized company. The decking installed easily. I used screws instead of the special clips. Would deal with BuildDirect again.
