Email updates throughout the process kept me informed. Love the new cork flooring. Very quick on sample shipping and quite reasonable on the order itself. I used BD for 1200 sf of Bamboo in a house I built 6 years ago and am pleased with the room sized order this time around.

Our customer service representative was excellent! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and nice. A pleasure to deal with. I'm getting many compliments on the cork floor in my new clinic. Shipping service was fantastic! Our customer service representative got right on my order, and had it shipped pronto from Edmonton to Annicis Island - it arrived the next day! I had been left in the lurch from the company that I was originally dealing with a different custeomer service rep and BuildDirect came to the rescue! I use to lifeguard in Richmond with one of the CEOs of your company - he was a bouncy, nice guy, that always had a smile on his face, and he was also good at anything that he put his mind to. After seeing his face on social media, I got in touch with him for a university course project that I had to do last summer - I was very impressed with what he had accomplished, and with BuildDirect. The gentleman that assisted me on the phone and by email was fantastic. Very very helpful. The cork hasn't been installed yet, but looks good. Shipping service was supposed to call my architect (whose office is near my residence/delivery site) around 30 minutes before. Instead they called me, I missed the call, and he nearly had driven away. Delivery happened, but bad communication. I had been clear who to call and had given 2 numbers for him -- office and cell. Driver said he didn't have those numbers. the salesperson was terrific. Friendly, professional and very well informed.

Customer was excellent. Our sales person was helpful and had everything we needed to know, in mind. Great service. We haven`t layed the floor yet. However the product looks great and all who have seen, say favorable comments and that it looks to be of fine quality. Very good and on time! Right to our door! Super to get such ordering advice and fast curtious service! Oh and a sample was sent, free of charge. The product we chose was because we got to see and feel it and knew it was superior to anythng we had seen in the major stores. We have checked prices since, too. BuildDirect is the best! THANK YOU! my rep was helpful and it felt like she really cared. There were two mistakes on the T-molding. The first was it wrong finish(barolo). The second was when the replacement came it was not sorell like I order but natural that doesn't have the same finish or price. I have not called her to complain. Many of the cork were crease or indention of three to eighteen inches long from about 1/32 to 1/16 deep. Just a guess I did not measure them. About a quarter of the seams you can see or feel with your feet. Six boards had random holes that made them unusable. Some of the product seemed like seconds. I was not informed of the time of delivery. I was not able to inspect the flooring for damage. Two boxes were damaged. I had to have the flooring delivered to the business in town because the truck would not be able to deliver to my house. There was a new driver and he did like the mountain roads or make phone calls. I am really enjoying my floor it looks great in my house. I'm chose to see it perfection. It does not look like the sample but I think I like it more then I would have if it had been like the sample. I love it, but it will gouge & scratch. Shows my cat's scratch marks from running across the room and skidding around doors. Buy a few colored markers in a similar color and smear the color into the scratches. Works great. Wouldn't recommend for dog owners if the scratches will bother you. Also be careful with liquids sitting for any period of time on the flooring, the joints will buckle. I had an old pumpkin leak thru the table and onto the floor leaving a puddle for about a day....not good. If you're expecting lots of scratches and gouges, just make sure to stick with a surface color that is close to the natural cork color so you won't see the scratches as much. Customer service was great in researching methods for replacing planks. The free samples were extremely helpful.

I could not have asked for a better looking engineered and cork flooring. The colors were spot on and seem to be very durable. my sales reps have been great with the customer support they gave me. they even talked with the manufacturer about getting me a few more boxes of flooring that I miss calculated. my mom and dad are now considering purchasing cork for their home instead of carpet, because of how beautiful my floors turned out. Builddirect supplied me with ~2000 sq ft of flooring for the inside of my home and if I can fit it in my budget, they will help me with the completion of my deck outside.

Guy that answered the call went above and beyond. The product I needed was no longer availible but somehow He located some of it and got it for me. Thanks to ya'll I did not have to Replace 1200 sq foot of floor with something else. Only the 100 sq that was Damaged.

customer service was pleasant. Awesome quality. We had a Little lack of communication with the driver and he tryed to deliver when we were not home. We ALMOST had to go to Green By to pick it up but then he did turn around and come back A very pleasant experience. We still have not installed our flooring, but are very pleased with how beautiful the product is. Can't wait to get it installed!

I was very happy with the 6 days order to delivery. It arrived well packed and when the driver said it would. So far I am very happy with it. There were no unusable boards or chipped corners to work around. It was also fairly easy to make new tongues on my router table to have less waste and fit into odd spaces.
