floors were of great quality and there was no damaged or unusable planks. Pricing was as good or better than some flooring that did not have a 4mm top layer. This was the selling feature for me. And of course my wife loves the floors, thanks again.

We have not installed the flooring yet, so we will have a better idea of the quality once we install it.
The experience with Build Direct has been good to this point, once we install our flooring we will be able to comment more on our experience and the quality of the products and also
if there are any defects in the flooring.
