I was very disappointed with the finish on the Faux Stone Siding. While the panel and molding appeared to be well done, the painted finish was remarkably sloppy with significant overspray.
When I told the Build Direct representative that I wasn't satisfied with the product, I must say that I was very impressed with the way it was handled. We discussed options but, when it became apparent that the only viable solution was to return the product, he politely began the process. It's very refreshing to find a company that does the right thing at the right time. I have since bought other products from Build Direct and will likely do so again in the future.

THE INSIDE CORNERS I ORDERED TO DO THE JOB ARE NOT AS WIDE AS THE WIDEST SECTION OF THE PANELS THEREFOR THE CORNERS WERE A WASTE OF MONEY.

the actual product arrived and was much darker than the sample. because of time constraints, it would have been impossible to return and re-order. we noticed that the stone pattern grid consists of four different patterns. when we opened all of the boxes we found that we did not receive equal amounts of all four styles. one particular style was received in an amount of nearly twice the others. it was much more difficult to create a random looking pattern because of that.
the team of sales associates are extremely helpful and courteous. the company is a pleasure to work with. the production and/or shipping process could be improved
