25 Years from the date of Purchase:     StoneWorks warrants that this product will not noticeably fade or peel or blister.  If the product noticeably fades, peels or blisters as set forth above, upon proof of purchase, Seller will furnish new paint to correct the problem at no cost.  This warranty does not include labor or the cost of labor for the application of any paint.  THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN EXPRESSLY AND IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  This warranty does not cover or include any consequential or incidental damages and does not cover defects or damage caused by acts of God, animals, birds including but not limited to woodpeckers, falling objects , or other accidents or casualties, abrasing, aggressive atmospheric conditions (including, but not limited to, salt water atmosphere, fallout or exposure to corrosive chemicals, fumes, ash, animal waster, excessive wind and excessive snow loading or the like), improper installation, neglect, negligence, abuse or willful damage by Buyer.  Any defect or damage covered by this warranty must be reported to StoneWorks within 30 days of discovery or this warranty shall be void.  The warranty shall not be transferable and is only for the original buyer. STONEWORKS PRODUCTS' LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF AUTHORIZED DEALERS, OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE ARE INCLUDED.  STONEWORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE OR ANY FURTHER LOSS, OR WHICH RESULT FROM ANY MODIFICATION OF PRODUCTS WHICH IS NOT MADE BY STONEWORKS.
