I love shopping with Build direct. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I do have trouble with the mechanics of the website. I am persistent and keep at it. sometimes I get a notice that the domain is for sale. I double click the search or wait a few minutes. The site will come up without my entering any new information. I have had trouble getting the site to recognize my password to enter my account information. I found that even though I am told that my password is not recognized- my account has been assessed. I just have to ignore the warning and go to my account. I also have some issues with the categories for products. I am not sure how to fix this. All tiles are listed under flooring. I am not sure that the glass tiles are suitable for flooring. I also think that most people would not go past flooring to look for every variety of tile. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I am not asking to have these things addressed for me. I own a business. I spend a lot of money trying to figure out internet advertising. I know that the more successful your business is, the better it is for customers like me. I am just trying to help and don't need any recognition or explanation. Keep doing what your doing. It works.

Ordering went very well It is a great product. Shipping was on time. I had two big problems. Two of the boxes of tile were from a different manufacture... therefore they did not match. When I called for replacement I told by my rep on Aug 25th, I needed those two plus two more boxes,I told him I needed them fast to finish bathroom. He told me I should have it in 3-4 days hopefully. When I did not get a shipping e-mail he told me fed-ex did not come for pick up? I still have no set date of delivery. my rep told me he is on top of it but I still have no delivery e-mail from fed-ex. HELP. The glass tile is excellent.Easy to work with. I have told other designers about your website. I would suggest that you sell glass nippers to cut the tiles.

Customer service staff were absolutely phenomenal to deal with. My contractor couldn't believe the quality of product he was installing. For the price we paid I am very impressed. I could not be happier with customer service's patience, knowledge, promptness, and willingness to get samples out to me the fastest way possible and full explanations of the process of how they worked. Shipping service was speedy! They were very eager to please. They even moved the pallets into my garage! I really cannot begin to say how pleased I was. What an unbelievably pleasant experience and the products were outstanding. My contractors have finished installing all of the marble and slate I purchased and some of the glass tile (I purchased over 13,000 lbs of tile!)Additionally, my contractors were AMAZED at the price and quality of the merchandise. I have just started to put the tile in, and it looks great so far. The tile was what I expected which is a good thing buying over the internet. It was delivered fast and with a lift gat which was also great. BuildDirect was very easy to purchase from, it was such a breeze. I would recommend your company to anyone in to save lots of money.

I enjoyed working with the sales staff at Build Direct. They are are very helpful and fun to talk to. The quality of the products is great. The sales people are actually fun to deal with. They are polite, have a great sense of humour, have wonderful accents, know their stuff, and really do their best to help you out and get the material, whether it is samples or the actual shipment, to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Their prices cannot be beat. I bought glass tile for my daughter's bathroom, it retailed for $33.00 sq foot, I paid $8.00 for the exact same brand and color.
