The people at BuildDirect are unbelievably helpful with everything. I was quite pleased with the uniform color and quality of the granite. On time and great packing. I was so pleased to see the amount of effort put into packaging my granite pavers. No two pavers could rub against each other and there was no damage. Top notch shipping! I often act as my own general contractor. This involves me with many suppliers that are less than customer friendly. BuildDirect is like the Neiman Marcus of building supplies. They treat you like you were their most important client and they go the extra mile. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.
