Prompt and helpful customer service. Product quality was very good, for the price excellent. Had a difficult time arranging liftgate delivery with shipper. They kept saying that it wasn't marked for liftgate delivery. Fortunately I was able to get ahold of a customer service rep at Build Direct and they got the shipper to make arrangements immediately after call. Not sure if this was shipper's or BD fault.

Customer Service was great, he was knowledgeable and polite, always returned my emails and phone calls. Many tiles were chipped on the back, few of them were not polished properly, but is was less than 5%. Shipping was OK, tiles were secured right way on the pallets, no damaged tiles found from shipping after arrival. I read many comments about Build Direct before I decided to buy on line and pay few thousand, but I would buy with no worries again. Very nice experience all together.

Product was fair a lower price but a lower quality as well the tile varied alot in color and had a lot of small chips, but was worth what we paid. When we ordered it said 24 days for deliverey and it took about four weeks. Over all if the shipping would have been in a more timely matter not a bad product but shipping times would discourage us from using it again.

the granite tile is amazingly cut and finished with precision. It did take a couple of weeks longer to recieve than I was led to believe but it did arrive in 30 days and in excellent condition. I have not found a single broken tile yet.

By being able to talk directly with your service reps at time of purchase removed any doubt that any fraud was involved, this is always a concern to us when buying on line. Quality was better than we had expected. The product arrived one day earlier than anticipated. The company in Hamilton that delivered the product did an excellent job of representing you. Any time a purchase is made by a Canadian involving product being delivered from the USA hicups are expected. Not only did our product arrive exactly on time to our location in Ontario Canada there were no additional import fees or duties.

I was concerned ordering an entire containter of granite from China to be shipped to the US Virgin Islands, especially since I had to prepay a Canadian Company up front and then wait for three months, but friends down here assured me that they had a good experience with smaller orders of bamboo flooring and such, so I took the risk, and was rewarded with tremendous savings on a quality product. Whew! The pictures and inspection report from a third party granite inspector, and the tracking feature on your website were comforting while waiting too. Thank-you for doing business so honorably.

I was impressed when I emailed and asked for a quote price with freight included. I received a quote within hours. I'm very pleased and impressed with the service and price. I paid $4.60 per sq. ft. landed in my driveway. The exact same product was $7.80 @ Homedepot.. where I would have to special order with a 14 day lead time and drive 6 hrs to pick up the product...which weighs 2000 lbs.

My contractor couldn't believe the price and how quickly the grantite tiles were delivered. He has also said that he is reccomending your company to other clients of his.
