I've only examined and installed about 15% of the granite stones I received. A number of these stones are not usable because they are not polished well enough to install as flooring.

My order delivery was messed up. I was told that the tan/brown was in stock, but that I would have to wait for the black galaxy. So I waited nearly 2 months, but then when the black galaxy arrived, there was no tan/brown granite with it. I called to check on the order and was told that it was still in transit to the freight company. So I waited two weeks called again and was told it had been delivered. Turned out that they didn't realize I had 2 types of granite in one order, so it took another 2 weeks to receive the tan/brown granite, over 3 months after placing the order. I'm sure the order was overlooked, but no one ever admitted to it and no one apologized that it took so long or that there was an error on their end.
