It took me 8 phone calls and 2 emails to get your mistake taken care of. Not very good customer service.

The floor looks fantastic. Packaging was excellent and protected all of the pieces well. Downside to the product, the width of the boards varied by up to 1/8". Would be no problem for 1 room, but requred a lot more planning when running it through 6 rooms and a hallway.

Wood was delivered to my garage by the truck driver, it was all damaged I think through the deliver. Looks like a forklift went through it and also it looks like it fell down while in rout and re-packed “it looks bad”. I think Delivery Company is very bad. I refused the delivery and placed them on my side walk city property and that was it “delivery guy and company didn’t want to return them on the spot and I didn’t want junk in my garage”. Very upset. End up putting marble instead

The quality of the wood was suspect. It was considerably softer than the rating that was provided. I did not recieve even 1 length of wood as long as the length indicated and received a lot of 12 inch pieces.
If I had not been in a bind to get the floors done and move in to the house I would have returned the entire order. As it is I expect I'm going to have to replace the entire flooring in 3 - 5 years since the wood is so soft.
I appreciate that it was fairly inexpensive, but I don't even feel like I got what I paid for.
I'm happy to ship you some examples of the wood that were aggregiously bad, as I have a lot of waste available to share.
