We had to order 2 more boxes and when one was the wrong color, another box was sent out immediately.

The selection and ordering process was good. Shipping was fast - though they dropped the order in the street rather than in my driveway. Overall the process was smooth and efficient. The quality of the flooring is questionable - the Asian "mahogany" does not appear to be mahogany at all but is some other, softer, long-grained wood without the tight grain and density associated with mahogany.
Additionally - and I have a REAL problem with this part - the planks are only 5/8" thick even though the website AND the box labels say 3/4" x 5" planks. This is a problem because I had tile floors built up to receive the 3/4" wood planks and now those floors are 1/8" too high and I will need to compensate the difference with the threshold trim. The larger problem, however, is that the wood planks ARE NOT as advertised and I would not have looked at, let alone purchase, planks at 5/8" thickness. Unfortunately, this fact did not come to my attention until the wood flooring had been partially installed and I saw the height difference between the wood and the tile flooring.
By listing 5/8" thick planks as 3/4" the manufacture can produce and sell six planks for the price of five - that's a 16% savings to the manufacturer - and not something that MOST consumers would even notice. I, however, am not happy nor satisfied with the result.
Can someone contact me at 323-828-2698 and discuss this matter?
Thank you.

I am a builder that builds 3-5 houses a year. I find it discouraging that I am unable to use more of your products because of the ridiculous quantities required for an order. example- solid surface countertops min order is enough for 50 houses while it is easy to use min order of flooring in one house. Why?

My shipment was very poor. The boxes came in the truck on the pallet were tipped over. Also, a lot of them were open and some even damaged boxes. Also, the driver was unable to use his pallet jack to unload the product because the pallets were put in the back of the truck in a wrong manner. Thus, me and the driver had to hand bomb the total product. This was not part of the original deal of delivery service. The salesperson, Kuba, was excellent!!!!
