i don't know what an expected cull percentage for this typically is, but there was plenty to be culled. I went to the terminal to pick up the flooring. This saved the carrier the expense of bringing it to me and waiting on my schedule. Instead I waited on their schedule, hand loaded and assisted the loading in subfreezing conditions, then had to haul it 50 miles going about 40mph cause the load was such a mess I was scared I would loose it. Build Direct told me having the carrier save money by me going to them was just their good fortune, even though they trashed the load. Should there be a subsequent order, I am positive I will be better prepared for what may occur regardless of whose hands the blame rests.
