[Salesperson] was excellent. We belong to Direct Buy and your organization was so much easier to deal with. The value was there, the customer service was there, and you guys were totally accessible and responsive. Excellent colour variations and beautiful tones. We even have a tile in our hallway which has a "fern"fossil in it. Beautiful!!! Shipping was excellent as always. We provided a commercial address and things were received earlier than expected. Out of all the suppliers we've dealt with in buliding our home, we can truly say yours is the best experience. Superior customer service, product qulaity and delivery. We purcahsed all our flooring including 1000 sq ft of slate and 2000 sq ft of bamboo. We were not disappointed and our contractors are using our home as a show piece for your product and our design. A great organization that I would receommend to anyone building or renovationg their home.
