Have not opened the boxes yet.
Customer service was good. However, shipping dates were not communicated well. As a result it arrived well ahead of time than what we had wanted.

One or two bad boards, but that was expected. Not the very best quality wood but not bad either, and for the cost/sq ft, you can't complain. Beutiful looking wood! I taken me longer to install than expected, but will have to get you pics sent when done. The wood is amazing, almost like every piece has it's own personality. The floor comes alive almost. There's that much variation in it that you can match up anything to it.
Purchase experience was good and I would consider checking into using them again depending on what project is next. They should open a distribution point somewhere on the east coast though to cut shipping costs to the customer, mine ran the cost up. Thanks for offering a good product at a good price!

The flooring was 1st quality throughout. Nearly 0 flaws in 1300ft2! Absolutltly some of the most beautiful wood I have ever seen. Finish, consistency and dimensionally the wood was superb. It made laying the floor much easier and made the scrap almost zero. The flooring matched the samples perfectly.
