I've got >50% of flooring of lower grade than purchased. It was mislabeled and packed in such a way that it could not be determined untill we started to use the flooring a few weeks after the delivery. As a result the project is delayed causing significant loss of money and time
I still think I should recompensed for financial losses (extra month of rent and extra labor)

Still being installed, but my contractor says that the wood is very nice.
Your website is great! I really liked that I could estimate shipping quickly & easily & see my bottom line. I also liked that you showed the latest tracking information from the shipper's website when I looked at "My Order" information. The maple floors look great so far!

I had doors shipped to me that were crated up to prevent shipping damage. Some pieces were slightly damaged due to moving pallets around in truck. The damage was not bad although it would have been better to have the corners of the shipment protected.
Overall I was pleased with the order. The flooring was in good condition and high quality.
