In the future, for residential delivery, you may want to petition the shipper to have some type of dolly that will aid in getting the material into the house. I suspect that not everyone would have been able to assist the carrier in that manual process the way I did.

The wood was and is beautiful! I would have to say it is top quality wood. We were able to use almost every piece of wood ...amazing. When you consider it was shipped with nothing protecting it.
Because of how kind and patient Stevan was I know I would feel very confident ordering from you all again ...I know i felt confident enough to recomend you all to my sister who is about to build a new home.
The quality of the wood was excellent ...It was nice to get what you expected.
It was nice to have people so helpful and concerned when things didn't look like they were running smooth. No one passed the buck or copped out.
The manner in which the problems were handled created a sense of peace and confidence for me that everything would be ok.
As it turned out for me ...I had gotten anxious prematurely. It still is nice to know that you would have been there if I had needed it.
