MY REP WAS VERY HELPFUL & ACCOMMODATING AND MOSTLY PATIENT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT & EVERYONE THAT HAS SEEN IT WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND EASE OF INSTALLATION. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DELIVERY DATE. MY ORDER WAS PLACED ON 10/25/11 WITH A PROMISED DELIVERY DATE OF FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS. WE DIDN'T RECEIVE IT UNTIL 11/7/11. I INCURRED EXTRA LABOR COSTS BECAUSE OF THE DELAY. FREIGHT WAS GREAT & THE PALLET WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION. DELIVERY AT THIS POINT I LOVE THE PRODUCT & HOPEFULLY IT WILL HOLDUP UNDER THE EXTREME CONDITIONS HERE IN SW FLORIDA, NAMELY SUN, SALT WATER & HEAT. YOUR STAFF IS EXCELLENT BUT CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR YOUR WAREHOUSE SHIPPING STAFF. GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT SALES STAFF BUT POOR DELIVERY. DO NOT RELY ON PROMISED DELIVERY DATE.

Build Direct were fast, efficient, and easy to work with. We made our purchase and like the product, after installation, however, we are concerned that it may not hold up over the winter freeze and thaw. Only time will tell.

Everyone that I spoke to when I called for further information was very helpful, and the deck tile was exactly what we expected. Sending out a free sample is what clinched the sale. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a deck look on a balcony....looks great!

We did receive the wrong product but were indifferent to obtaining either. It may have been our fault but your advert is confusing. We ended up with the parquet product. That was not our intention. The quality we consider very good and we are happy with the result. There are possibly two tiles with screws missing - one I have replaced. there was some confusion in the shipping. Your staff weren't sure who we were supposed to contact as we had elected to pick up the product in Long Beach. Everybody was very courteous and helpful in sorting it out. We would recommend the product and the service was absolutely excellent.

The install was very easy. I complimented the teak wood by applying teak oil on the surface, it really brought out the luster in the wood. Others who live in the condos above me are truly impressed.

It took a couple of extra days to get to our remote area. No problem really for us because we are used to that! We love our deck so far! It was really easy to install. On HGTV website, they give access to another product, closely resembling yours,but twice the price. However, on the show, the contractor said that he got his for just over $3.00. So I hunted online until I found you. You might want to check into that. I'm glad I followed through, because theirs is 6 slats, not 12, and we like this so much better!

This Vifah tile seems to be better quality than those I've purchased from Costco in the past. The interlocking grids on the back are different too, and easier to attach. This was by far the best price per box I could find for this product. I would definitely use BuildDirect again for future purcahses.
