The flooring (Lamton 12mm) seems to very durable and installation is pretty straightforward and fairly easy. We've had a few boards (Maybe 5%) damaged during the "tap in" process. Damage meaning the laminate on the end chips a bit - we simply pull them out, cut them and use them for end pieces which need to be cut anyways. I do not know much about underlayment - the underlayment (Toklo easystep) seems a bit thin and it claims a moisture barrier which it must have, I was expecting to see a plastic film glued to the bottom of the pad, the pad seems reversible, similar to the foam you would find on cafeteria trays. I'm hoping it is good stuff, we put 6mil plastic sheeting under the pad to be extra safe as it is a below grade installation.

Your material has good quality and good price. But I found out that the installation is much harder than other product. It is not easy to slide in flooring each other and it is time consuming job.
