We were a little disappointed that the color was different than what we saw online, but that is our fault b/c we should have ordered a sample first. Other than that, we are pleased with the quality of the flooring.

The only issue we had was the flooring needed to air out a couple days, some chemical smell of some type.

A fair number of pieces, probably 15-30, were damaged. Usually the bottom surface had a corner cracked or the edge cracked, along the groove side. I only noticed two damaged pieces when we took them off the truck. It's possible that we damaged some ourselves, but I don't think we damaged all of them. The packaging is somewhat deceptive in that when you first look at it, you would think there is cardboard on the bottom. It wasn't until we had moved them all in that we realized there was no cardboard there. That undoubtedly contributes to the damage. The panels went together very easily, and fit together well. We're very happy with the finished floor.
