I am very impressed with the quality of the floors, they were easy to install and look great. We have almost completed the entire downstairs of our home, and will be re-ordering soon to get more so we can do our upstairs.

i can't believe how helpful Alex was thru this whole process. We did recieve a few broken pcs and wet boxes, I have not let Alex know yet, I was in the emergency room when it all arrived, and am now back in the office. I will be looking at more flooring in the near future.
you have a great rep with Alex, when the other trucking co. was trying to charge me extra, he took care of the situation quick and in a hurry and got things scheduled for our convienence and manpower!!!!!
