Everyone I talked to online or on the phone was very good. Excellent....a few broken corners. The service was excellent but my product shipped out about a month late. It was, however, worth the wait. The product I received was of the highest quality and a great price. It was worth the wait.

I couldn't be happier with everything. The tile shipped fast and was more beautiful than I expected. I don't think we had even one chipped tile in the bunch. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Your prices couldn't be beat either.

Outstanding service and follow up. Very pleased with quality. Photos matched what was delivered. Fast, courteous and went above and beyond delivering up my long driveway. Conscientious of the pavement, they hand-trolleyed the load up which was no easy feat. We underestimated our square footage and needed additional tile. We ordered more but the manufacturer accidentally shipped the incorrect tile to us. I called my sales rep, who immediately contacted the manufacturer and discovered they'd mislabeled their tile. He told me to just keep the tile and quickly shipped out the correct one within days. In the end, we were able to use the extra tile in a back room and it worked out perfect. I would order from Build Direct again and would recommend the company to anyone.

BuildDirect was easy to deal with and provided impeccable service as things were done on time and as promised. The products that I received were first rate and exceeded my expectations. I you have what I want and I need enough of it I would gladly buy from you again I was very pleased with the price -best I was able to find and at least 30% below what I could find locally I have not purchased a large order of tile over the internet before so was a little concerned - not anymore you guys made it go as well if not better than dealing with a high priced local supplier - keep it up
