The Customer Sales rep did a great job prior to me ordering and stepped up even more when the order was short a couple items. At this point I have no complaints, the Granite is extremely beautiful and my wife loves it. The shipping service used for the Stone Veneer was excellent and the driver was friendly and helpfull ... The shipping service used for the Granite was poor and the driver was rude and less then helpful. If you clone more of your Customer Sales agents like my rep you'll have a winning. Very happy with my experience with BuildDirect

Product Itself was excellent, however, the two boxes of Black Bear Manufactured Stone Veneer - Midwest Collection Itasca Shadow Ledge Easy Pack Corners, were supposed to have 8 Linier feet per box, but only averaged about 6-7ft. Had to use flats to finish project.

response to our order and inquiries was very quick. Shipping took much longer than promised. I feel the product was great and it looks great we have had multiple comments from neighbors and strangers whom have just come up to us to tell us how great it looks.It is quality for sure. However when we ran short of corners and we know we ordered correctly it posed a big problem for us and the solution you posed to us was unacceptable. We solved it ourselves, but hopefully in the future you will realize customer satisfaction is your goal.

my sales rep was knowledgable and very helpful... great customer service... he did however forget to send the instructions via email as he said he would do... the gentleman that delivered the shipment was fantastic... but they sent him alone and I ended up unloading the entire ten boxes from the back of the truck... the boxes could not be lowered because they were at the front of the truck... I paid a lot more for the "easier" drop and ended up doing all of the work as if I paid for the economy shipment... I was not happy with that at all... I paid way to much for the sipping!!!

my sales dude was excellent - very good experience with him - took the time to ensure i was happy. i havent opened it all up yet. my rep did a very good job working with me - gave me some good advise - worked out any issues or concerns i had - kept me in the loop to delivery i am very happy with the experience i will be pricing a large tile order as well soon and considering some cedar shakes i will most likely do biz again with you guys only downside is the shipping costs to my area - that is what can kill the overall price but my rep worked with me on the stone and he got the order I was initially skeptical of ordering $12,000 worth of material through the web. I am sure a lot of folks would be. my sales person did an excellent job working through what I needed to be comfortable. All my concerns and pricing was sorted out and i am happy with my experience. I will be having my rep quote on other orders in the future. Put me down as a happy client of BuildDirect.

My experience was wonderful with your company. When I called with a question it was always promptly answered or I received a call back within and hour or so. The price was unbeatably, I tried to purchase locally from some distributors but it was very cost prohibitive. I saved over $2500 buying from you even after factoring in the shipping cost. I ordered on-line and it was easy to do but perhaps two easy! We ended up with twice the amount of product that we needed. We can easily do the entire house. Great if that was in your budget, we did complete all but the front of the house and will have to store the product to install later:) Great! There was no breakage which wouldn't have been a huge issue as the installer had to break some to fill in areas. It looks awesome! Shipping was fast and arrived on time. I highly recommend Build Direct.

We were a little hesitant at first but after the quick responses we got from our rep our fears were gone. He quickly sent out samples and answered all our questions. The stone is beautiful and very easy to install. It dramatically changed the whole appearance of our house. These folks can run circles around both Lowes and Home Depot. Customer Service is very responsive. They followed up on order status and informed me immediately of slight delay due to shortage of the particular stone at manufacturing site. Product is exactly what I expected based on catalog pictures. Merchandise arrived on time as scheduled. Customer Service reduced shipping price responding to my call that the shipping seems expensive. Corner pieces arrived in 4 boxes instead of 5 shown on the invoice. Customer Service followed up with the Warehouse packers who explained that due to stronger cardboard boxes available at time of packing more corners were packed in each box. As a result all pieces were shipped in 4 boxes. Excellent source of building materials. Reliable service, good selection, clear product description (on-line) and better price than in local building supplies.

Customer service returned calls the same day. The color was nearly exact to what it appeared to online. Great product for less than half the price available anywhere else- even with the shipping. Shipping was excellent- even delivered it to out side driveway, which made the delivery very difficult. I would recommend BuildDirect to a friend.

You can't tell this from real stone once it's on the wall. This stuff is very durable. The fact that it has a scratch coat on the stone itself helps it to adhere to the scratch coat on the wall. Some brands out there don't have the scratch on the stone.This product makes a beautiful exspensive looking home at a fraction of the cost of real stone.
