I absolutely love this marble. I am a little confused as to why it costs this little, but when I look at it I can live with a little mystery. It came quickly, with two customer service/sales interactions that quickly gave me what I needed to make a positive buying decision. I am stunned by the high quality of this product. It should cost more. Shipping service was spot on. It either arrives or does not, and is either broken or not. It arrived on-time and I have not found any broken tiles. I do like the samples they send out. Really helps categorize our potential purchases and move towards a selection. I think I said it all, when I do my kitchen and the downstairs bath I will start here.

We really appreciated that someone sent us a photo of our marble laid out to make sure we liked the level of inclusions, and stayed in contact so that I knew he had gotten my reply and was ready to ship. The marble tiles were much better quality than we have used before. The tiles had a backing on them that prevented breakage during cutting and installation. The color matching is also very good for marble. The shipping was excellent. We had almost no breakage during shipping; I believe only two squares of marble were damaged out of 17 packages. The price at BuildDirect was half what we would have paid locally. We will definitely shop there again. Good job, y'all.

I am quite confident of buying the product from BuildDirect. I am satisfied with the laminate I bought from the last time. However, the marble tiles I've ordered lately was about 370sq.ft. only, but the tiles we received with crackles and defects were pretty much higher than expected. We're now still laying the tiles but trying to use the good ones and leave the bad ones laid as at the end as possbile. Hope that the good tiles were enough to cover all the area we wanted. Can I just order a few more packs of the marble tiles if we've found that the tiles we laid for the area at the end is not satisfied at all?

They sent great samples of the tile. Then they also sent us a email with another set of pictures of the tile before we made the purchase confirming that it was the correct tile and we wanted it The marble tile we purchased was perfect. it was half the price of home depot and the exact same tile. We love our new tile. shipping was great. Out of the 223 boxes of tile we order only one box was broken. The shipping was a great price, and was directly to the door. I would recommend you guys to anyone. I actually have at home depot when I have seen anyone looking at tile while doing my tiling project. The tiles I purchased are the same quality as the local tile store - but at half the price. Six of them broke during the shipping process, but the claims department was very easy to work with and promptly refunded my money for the damaged tiles. Customer Service was great. I was warned that this particular tile would break a little easier when it was cut. The tile broke very easily when it was cut; and many pieces had chips or cracks in it. Unfortunately, some of that also go installed. Overall the product was good. I received my order in five days. The shipping service people were courteous and helpful. I got this tile at a much better price than I could find anywhere else. I was warned of the weakness with the tile. Now that it is installed, it is just breathtaking. The color variation was great, but experienced tile people made it work and it looks incredible.

Overall experience was good, however disappointed that 2 of my 36 boxes of marble tile arrived completely shattered because they were not wrapped and insulated. I was very pleased with the quality of the tile. The local delivery truck service was excellent in both delivery and notification of delivery. The overall transaction went smoothly, and I received the product within 5 days.

The service of BuildDirect is superb. I bought 24 x 24 marble tiles originally about 600 sq ft, but I had them replaced with 18 x 18. The transaction went smoothly. [Salesperson] at the flooring dept was very helpful. The quality of product, Emperador marble from Turkey, arrived with only one tile with a small cracked at the corner. The marble was packaged inside the crate very well. Marble has a high gloss finish, and is of the highest quality. It is apparent that this marble was cut from the same stone.
