The product received below was the correct finish for Antique Marble Tile. The customer was unaware that this finish has a rustic, tumbled appearance and differs greatly from a Polished finish. BuildDirect resolved this issue by exchanging the antique finish product for polished Crema Marfil marble tile.

Creme Marfil product was unacceptable. Both the Absolute Black and Tiana Granite tiles were exactly what I ordered and have met my expectations.
