We appreciate our customers' assistance to our program of ongoing product improvement. We thank you for your opinions. We have now addressed the issue with our Crema Marfil grading and are now sourcing this product from an alternate quarry/processor.

The tiles should have been graded better. The filler color and quality was not matched well and some had an excessive amount of filler in them. The ratio was too high on the tiles with flaws vs usable tiles. The tile size was not consistant also. I was disappointed. My tile setter was also not impressed.
