Jeff Booth, President and Chief Executive Officer; Co-Founder

Jeff Booth is President and CEO of BuildDirect. Before co-founding BuildDirect, Jeff's professional business background included seven years senior management in the real estate and construction industries. At the helm of BuildDirect - an enterprise to which his long-term commitment is dedicated - Jeff has taken the company from Idea to Articulated Vision and on to Commercial Success. In 2005-06 he held a seat on the Conference Board of Canada's Roundtable on Innovation. He is an active member of the international Young Presidents' Organization, and a frequent speaker to industry groups throughout North America. Jeff also makes time to lecture in business courses at the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. He is a dedicated husband and father who is committed to life-long learning and to creating value in all his endeavors.

Robert Banks, Executive Vice President, Sales; Co-Founder: BuildDirect

Mr. Banks had 11 years senior management experience in finance and business development before co-founding BuildDirect in 1999. He initially acted as BuildDirect's Chief Operating Officer, managing the Company's early capitalization and overseeing startup operations. He now serves as BuildDirect's EVP of Sales, and is a Director and Officer of the Company. In addition to his role as EVP Sales, he solidified BuildDirect's relationships with suppliers in multiple product lines, negotiating pricing, quality, and sales agreements on products now dominant in their market segments. During 1997 and 1998, he co-founded and was Vice President Responsible for Strategic Planning and Marketing of an American environmental product company. From 1989 to 1996, he was a financial consultant and co-managed a multi-million dollar investment portfolio within a major Canadian financial institution. Mr. Banks is a graduate of a major Institute of Technology in Canada. He also has experience on a not-for-profit board of directors.

John Sotham, Vice President, Finance

John Sotham is BuildDirect's Vice President, Finance. John joined BuildDirect after four years of public accounting experience with KPMG. During his time with KPMG, John was responsible for providing audit, taxation, and business advisory services to a wide range of high-tech, manufacturing, and resource-based organizations - ultimately culminating with his position as Senior Accountant in Assurance services. Prior to joining KPMG, and earning his C.A. designation, John worked in the environmental technology industry with Microsep International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atkinson Construction. During his four year tenure with Microsep, John progressed through various sales and marketing management positions - eventually culminating with US Sales Manager where he was responsible for developing Microsep's US sales infrastructure, and assessing joint venture operations with key business partners. John also holds a Diploma of Technology in Operations Management.

Daniel Brodie, Director of IT

Dan Brodie is BuildDirect's Director of Information Technology. Dan Brodie joined BuildDirect in early 2000 after 10 years at one of Canada's major financial institutions where he progressed through various management positions in the areas of corporate taxation, shareholder reporting, risk management, and compliance and accounting control. During 1997 through 2000, he co-founded and was vice president responsible for operations and strategic planning of a Canadian artist management and recording company. In his 8 years at BuildDirect, Dan has helped build and grow all areas at BuildDirect including Finance, Marketing and Operations. In his current role as Director of Information Technology, Dan heads the design, development, and implementation of technologies and systems including BuildDirect's sales and logistics platforms, hardware and information infrastructure, and web and payment technologies. His greatest source of strength comes from his wife Kim, and their twin children, Connor and Avery.

Rob Davidson, Vice President, Marketing

Rob Davidson is BuildDirect's Vice President, Marketing. Rob has 19 years marketing experience, including 10 years at the senior management level. Prior to joining BuildDirect, Rob was the first Managing Director of Blitz Direct Vancouver, a division of the Cossette Communication Group, Canada's largest communications agency. Embracing and leveraging new technologies and applications, Rob grew Blitz into one of Canada's premier direct marketing agencies, attracting an enviable blue-chip client list and creating a number of award winning campaigns along the way. In 2002, Rob was recognized as one of Vancouver's visionary young business leaders as a recipient of Business In Vancouver magazine's annual "40 Under 40" Award. For Rob, as rewarding as his marketing career has been, family maintains top spot on his list of priorities. Rob and wife Catherine maintain second full time jobs caring for children Matthew, Mark, Rose and Joe.
