The cushions are thick and have a nice removable fabric! The photos online make the cushions appear off-white but they are a light tan colour which is better!

The on line ordering was simple and quick. I did have a broken lazy susan and was immediately replaced with no questions asked. Although the product is new I have not used it very much. The quality appears to be competitive in the market. Time will tell. The packages arrived in great shape and on time. As I mentioned earlier, the lazy susan was broke and replaced with no questions asked. It was shipped the following day and I received a few days later in working condition. BuildDirect's pricing bar far beat anybodies in the market including freight charges. The company strives to make the customer happy. You all ROCK!

I was a little worried about all the comments regarding thin cushions. Cushions were thicker than I expected and quite firm. My concerns regarding low seating height were unfounded as well. The seating height is just right. I was told that the cushion covers didn't have zippers and was pleasantly surprised to see that they did have them. However, I don't think that the covers will need cleaning very often. We had a rainstorm the other day and the cushions blew offf and some of them fell flat on muddy water puddles. However, they've all dried clean. The fabric guard seems to work pretty well. I appreciated that the individual items were light and easy to move around.

You have copied Frongate and I love it . I paid 3x less and we are all thrilled and want to purchase more. Shipping was wonderful...good communication and came when they said they would come. Love the cushion fabric. Other vendors may have got the furniture right but the cushion fabric is cheap and terribly unattractive with garish colors! Your cushions, on the other hand, are tasteful and go with everything! It is 150% positive!

We found a damaged item and without hesitation a replacement was sent within 3 days. The furniture is absolutely perfect for our deck. We could not have done better for the price. The structural elements of the furniture are excellent. However the cushions are not very good at all. It would be good to offer a significantly upgraded cushion for this furniture line. The "stuffing" is mediocre at best.

Customer Service responded quickly to emails. Slight tear in the chair, but it was covered by the pillow so it wasn't worth a complaint It came quickly. But I had asked that a smaller truck come and they said it was not a problem..... However, a big truck came and it was hard for the driver. In general terms....a good product, good prices and good service. The patio furniture met my expectations. It came all assembled and I loved the cover.

I believe the alan screw heads used to put the table together are to small and they strip very easy. I had to go purchase new screws. The 1st shipment the legs were not packaged with enough protection so they came damaged. The replacement legs were packaged with enough proection and they were fine. Me experience was good. I had a problem and you guys took care of it like I would have wanted. Thank you for your customer service. That was great!

Sent this to our daughter and son-in-law for xmas. They have a small patio and 2 dogs, so we wanted to get them the most seating for the space, and something the dogs couldn't get on. Our son-in-law was able to pinpoint the delivery time exactly to be able to accept it. He then put it together himself to surprise our daughter and she just keeps telling us it is AWESOME. Quality appears to be excellent, exactly as we expected, nice furniture set for the price. Expensive, shipping company was told that they could not ship on the day they picked but they showed up anyway, no one was at home so it was worse for them as they had to come back, shipper did not take furniture off pallet and we had to dispose of it ourselves. Was too expensive for the unprofessional service provided. Furniture came in boxes, these were slightly damp and smelled although the furniture inside was protected in plastic and came out ok. It was a good experience except for the shipping. Spoke to a representative several times about billing, he was very courteous.

Absolutely! I had an issue with delivery and the customer service staff assured me that I would be refunded for a service that was not rendered. (Inside delivery - I paid an extra $70. that I am still awaiting the credit to show on my statement but I am confident that I will get it in the next bill cycle) Unfortunately we had another incident at the time of the delivery with the trucking company driver hitting and damaging my sister's car parked in front of my house but that too was resolved without hesitation. Very good for the price paid. The cushions are not extremely comfortable if lounging for a long period of time but the set fit perfect on my enclosed patio and looks great! The driver said he did not have authorization to do an inside delivery even after I told him I paid extra for it. He did not have it on his paperwork and after he damaged my sisters car I chose not to push the issue and called Build Direct explaining the problem and they assured me I would be refunded the $70. I was truly impressed with the no hassle on the issue I had. Many retailers tend to take a long time to resolve problems and that was not the case with Build Direct. I would like to mention after researching and looking for the wicker patio furniture aside from the appearance and the price of the selected product I chose to go with Build Direct because the return policy included return shipping at no expense. I am typically hesitant to order online never knowing for sure you will get what you think your purchased. In this case I was pleasantly surprised that the wicker patio set was perfect for me! The unit was much smaller than expected. Upon closer inspection the dimention on the web sit were for shipping and actual dimentions were noticably absent. The hook to contain the cushion to the footstool unraveled in my hand in the first 60 seconds of handling it.

Excellent service. We bought on a Thursday and requested to pickup on Friday. Staff was able to rush the order through and have it ready on time. so far so good. We actually picked up at Atlanta Warehouse. Package dimensions were given, but it was bigger and we had to take it out of the box to get it in the Uhaul trailer. I found BuildDirect to be very easy to work with. They contacted me after my internet order through e-mail and continued to follow up until I received my furniture. I love this patio set! Not only does it look great, but it's so versatile! My husband gave me 1 requirement for picking out the patio set and that was that it had to be compact. I needed it to seat between 6 to 8 people, but still be small enough for the space. This set does ALL that! There are 4 chairs, plus 4 ottomans with cushions that are perfect for the other 4 seats. And it all folds down to fit under the table when not in use, thus taking up the least amount of space possible. I love it and would highly recommend it! I hadn't realized I only paid for curb service and not through the door service, but each piece is very light and everything was already put together except for the table. The driver was very helpful and helped me when I asked. I can't think of anything that I would change about my experience. I love the furniture, I love the quality and I love the price! Thank you!

I called the 800 number and spoke with a gentleman who was so helpful and made ordering so easy. Everything went as he promised and the furniture was delivered without a problem in perfect condition.
