I will be recommending it to all my friends. Thank you The delivery truck was Ok. he was dropping the tile and chipped the ends of a few boxes but I used it on the ends of the house. The tile is high quality, however, markings on the tile from the foam dividers have not come off yet. Very happy with the sales rep, shipment was handled well, quick delivery, nice experience. Sure hope the marks on the tile come off with a buffer.

The shipping person was not very accommodating. According to his delivery sheet, I was to be delivered between 2-4 with an exception of 3-3:30 and I wanted to be last in the delivery chain. He gives me the 1 hr courtesy call which I though meant he'd be at my place in 1 hr, but he states he's closer and can be there now. On top of that he made me feel like he couldn't come in 1 hr to my place, he had to come now. I waited for over 30 mins for him to show. Then he showed when I said I would not be available. When I asked to go away for 5 mins and come back to sign, he refused as well, stating he already "waited enough for me". He wanted me to sign first (while the product is still on his truck) then leave. Then he took 15+ mins to remove the item from the truck. So in all I could have left for 5 mins and been back and he still would still not have gotten the item off the truck! BuildDirect was quick to respond and customer service is great! Delivery was quicker than we expected.

I requested additional samples because I had a panic attack at the last minute about the color ... they were shipped to me exceedingly fast and with no cost. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with, and communication was clear. The sales rep also made some suggestions about shipping that were spot on. Our contractor only said good things about the quality of the tile, and we love the way it looks. I was not ready for the tiles to arrive so quickly, but the shipper held them over the weekend so we could clear space for them. Everyone we worked with was curtious and professional. Initial problem with complete order, but with a one week delay we got all the tiles. Simply outstanding tiles, look just like wood but are resistant as tiles would be. Out house looks great. As stated above, there was a delay due to damaged tiles on import. However, ALL tiles arrived without any damage. Prices were great and eventually shipment came through and product was everything we hoped for.

There was an issue with the shipping company that caused an issue but the staff there helped me through the issue with the shipping company and was able to correct the problem. my sales rep was great through the whole process. Great quality on the tile we received. logistics department was great once we reported shipping incident and resolved our issue on a timely basis, but the shipping company used was not so good. They lost half of our shipment and had very poor communication once we reported the issue, but builddirect were very helpful through the process and even though things did not go smoothly with the shipping company they made the overall experience still a good one.

I made the mistake of not ordering enough tile and BuildDirect worked with me to get the extra boxes shipped at a reasonable cost. I am amazed at how beautiful this product looks on the floors. Now I want it in all the rooms of my house! Not one broken piece of tile out of 22 boxes! As a single women trying to do home repairs and remodeling, it can be very intimidating to go into a big flooring store. I like the fact that you send free samples to see what your product looks like. Easy to match to other elements in the the decor. The cherry floor trim I originally ordered was not available. I had to order a lesser quality which I was then told was more expensive!!! I ended up paying the same for 2nd quality as the 1st quality that I originally ordered. Should have been less than the 1st quality. There should have been an exception made to hold the price and a lower price offered since I had no choice but to take the second quality. Takes too long. I started in mid August and just now received the last part of my shipment. Tile came at one time, flooring separate and trim in a third shipment

So far excellent. We have not opened all the boxes as of this time. We have just started having the tile layed this passed weekend and We love it! It is a beautiful quality tile and just what we wanted. One of the tile layers dropped a piece from standing height and the corner landed right in the middle of a piece on the floor and it did not damage either piece! Strong tile!! my rep handled my order superbly from start to finish. Very few (maybe 5 or 6) damaged tiles. The tile is performing flawlessly in my "garage"! Brake fluid and engine oil wipe right up. A 650 pound engine was unloaded by pallet jack off a truck and moved across the tile without the slightest mark! I LOVE this tile!

I was very pleased with the level of feedback and responses. I actually checked all the boxes on a pallet-plus shipment, and only one single tile was broken, out of 61 boxes. This is an excellent survival rate of 99.9%. Considering that this pallet weighted over 3,000 pounds and was transported 1,000 miles, this is exceptional. The shipper was able to back his big rig up our awkward driveway, and delivered the pallet right in front of my garage door; perfect! no problems. All perfect!

The quality of the tile exceeded my expectation. I have installed approx. 300 sq ft of salerno neptune grey porcelain tile with ocean blue grout and it looks outstanding! The carrier off loaded 3 pallets of tile into my garage. Excellent service. Less than 1% of the tile was damaged I will recommend your company to all do it yourself homeowners and will use your services again. I was a little hesitant to make such a large purchase on line. Not your fault because you do not actually deliver the product. However I was upset that the delivery guy would not pull the pallet 6 ft to my garage. I got better customer service with Build Direct than I would have ever gotten from in-person store such as Home Depot or Lowes. my rep was wonderful. He always promptly responded either by phone or email and made the experience pain-free. He even helped us find additional laminate when we ordered too little and Build Direct was out. The products I got from build direct are more attractive and better quality than anything I have seen elsewhere. It was not fun to carry 800 sq ft of laminate up 3 flights of stairs to our condo, but I also like that Build Direct keeps its costs down. If I ever have to buy in pallet volume again, I will certainly buy from Build Direct. I will also recommend to friends.

Every time I called someone picked it up in the first ring and promptly transferred me to the correct department. product look very good. I looked up the actual manufacturer catalog (google) and could easily make out that these were custom tiles. I could not get comparable quality unless I paid 50% higher. This was very very good. The porcelain tile was excellent! I searched around the Phoenix area and your price was great and it was delivered right inside my garage door. Also, when I asked our floor installer what he thought he asked me where I bought it and I told him "Build Direct" I told them I checked around and it was commercial grade for my residential home. I loved the color and the 18 x 18 tiles! I thought it would be hard to order online but they sent me a sample (I had already purchased since I needed it within a short time) and I received the two samples and was very pleased with my purchase. The cost was under all of the places I checked (Home Depot, Lowe's, ProSource, Floor Decor, etc.) including the shipping cost from Build Direct. I'm absolutely thrilled with this tile. My original project that I was ordering tile for was only about 150 square feet of the 650 I was ordering. I loved the tile so much that I decided to tile my enclosed porch. I will still have tile left over when both projects are done, but it is well worth it. I would recommend and use Build Direct again. I don't think I could find a higher quality tile. I anticipate that this tile will still look good after much use by both kids and pets. And, the price was very reasonable which made it possible to place the pallet order which was more tile than I needed.

This project was budgeted for purchasing 500 sq. ft. of tile from Home Depot. But by purchasing through Build Direct, we purchased over three times that amount of material, shipping included, for the budgeted amount! And, the quality of the product exceeds that offered by Home Depot.

We absolutely love the tile! We get so many compliments. We have had numerous people actually reach down to touch it because they can't believe it looks like tile - they really think it is wood floors. Our friends have the same color of real wood floors and they said they would have gotten this tile installed if their builder had it available.

It was my first time laying tile. It took me two months to install the tile in the kitchen, half the livingroom with a nice curved shape, entryway, hallway, hall bathroom and front porch area. I'm very happy with how it looks. I put three coats of Behr Wet-Look Sealer to give it a high gloss finish. The cool feeling on my feet when I walk around the house is great.
