DescriptionRoterra Quartzite is a high quality, first grade quartzite tile with a natural split face and cailbrated back. Silver Gray quartzite tiles are solid-colored quartzites and may vary slightly in color between tiles. As with all natural quartzite tiles the tile thicknesses may vary. 12"x12" tiles are usually between 3/8"-7/16" and 16"x16" are between 7/16"- 1/2" but tile sizes can vary slightly beyond these ranges.

Some of the tiles ranged in thickness a lot. And some tiles were not flat. The sample I received was excellent. But I am not unhappy with the final look of the product. I realize it is natural stone.

Most of the slate is beautiful and useable. However, about 90 tiles are either too thin or too warped to use. Thank goodness we had enough of the good tile to finish the job! Had one good, useable tile left over.
