Very good customer service. I was kept up to date at every junction of travel of the product. I haven't actually unloaded the product because it is now winter and will not use the product until Spring. I have kept it in the pallets they came in. Shipping was excellent, I will order again from you. Very good service. Delivery was a little tricky because the shipping company had the product , but hadn't contacted me until the day before delivery to our house. We needed to procure a forklift for delivery. This was the shipping company's fault and not Build Directs. This also occurred around Thanksgiving which also threw a wrench into things. I will order again from the company as service was top notch and they aim to please the customer.

not even one tile was broken great job, only problem was the color variation was larger then expected, the light tiles went from light to dark and the dark tiles went from dark to light , we will have to sort to get the effect we wanted . good price, great service, great delivery, good packing.

The product was exceptional. The tile layer was very impressed by the consistency and quality of the product. The packaging was better than any they's seen before. [Salesperson], the salesman I spoke with to get the order finalized; he really took pride in providing the best customer service. This was a pleasant experience.

Every thing was great as expected. I got a fantastic deal. Travertine pavers and tiles for under $2.50/sqft including shipping. I recommended Builddirect to my friends. Great place to shop for your remodeling project. Just need to plan ahead as there is a lead time for direct import of the goods from overseas.

After receiving the stone I was so excited to see it was as beautiful as I had envisioned. Based on the prices of a lesser quality material at the local home improvement centers (all of them) This was a DEAL!!!! I would definately recommend this company for professionalism and great products and superior customer service.

Perfect: exceeding all expectations! I was surprised by very few broken tiles. My neighbor got more breakage from a local shipment. The experience was the most pleasant out of all vendors on this project. I will recommend BuildDirect to all my friends.
