My rep was very good. Answered my problem report email even on a Sunday. Product So far,is what I expected. The bundle had a bunch of termites (and shed wings) crawling around between the boards. So far I dont see that they have eaten into any boards, it just seems that a swarm found their way into my bundle in the yard before shipment. Shipping was right on time, easy to track. The mill accidently shorted the order by 27 boards, My rep took care of the problem very effectively. I have already sent a note of thanks for his support.

The wood is beautiful, beyond my expectation and for the price i am the envy of all on my canal. shipping no one was able to give me a straight answer the emails were not timely or accurate and they showed up without ever calling to schedule the delivery. your shipping logistic need to be improved, otherwise very happy with the product. the deck looks outstanding

You were communicative, on time and very responsive. The produce is beautiful. I have other material like it and this is top notch. On time as you said you would be. The shipper was very helpful in off loading the product. I received the shipment just as you said I would. A couple days later after stacking it in length I could take invintory to see what I had and found I had lost some material during shipment. The pallet was broken when it arrived. I reported the shortage to you and within two days received a response that the shortage was on it's way. No Questions. I call that customer service. I have told a number of people what I am doing. We have a large deck which was deteriating like a lot of others around here. In reserfacing the deck I wanted to make it an asset to the house rather than a liability. The floor inside our house is of the same material. When I am finished we will have a deck party to show it off. I will direct all interested parties in your direction.

I appreciate the extra boards included. The quality and specifications of the product was accurately described. As a owner-builder, information about products is appreciated. Your web site states to seal with a good oil based product, but stops at that point. I realize there may be liability or trademark concerns, but, for example, going to the building products store and reading the labels on all oil based sealing products still leaves a gap as to what works well and how will the finished product look. This kind of information is not readily available, either from a book or doing an internet search. If you buy a gallon of product, until you open the can and try it, you won't know how it looks. Not a complaint as I am a satisfied customer, just trying to do a good job.

The cedar decking was beautiful.My husband was skeptical about ordering over the internet without seeing the product but the price and satisfaction guaranteed condition made him overlook his concerns. When the product was delivered he was thrilled with the quality and beauty of the cedar decking. while we were cautioned to expect a certain percentage of imperfect pieces we found 99 percent of the delivery was high quality. Our deck is in and it looks beautiful!

I'm very impressed with the service we received from your customer service department. They reviewed our plans for the glass railing on our deck and made a few suggestions to ensure we would be pleased with the product. The cedar decking, glass railing and cedar siding all arrived on time and as expected. The quality of the product was A+. We ended up with very little "unusable" wood.
