Had several phone calls and confusion about shipping. I was traveling and had a window for delivery. Despite many calls from BuildDirect's reps, the shipment still arrived when I was gone. The shipping company held the product until I returned, so it all worked out OK.
The good pricing was worth the shipping confusion. I'm very happy with the look of my new deck.
