BuildDirect is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager to double margin dollars from paid search over a 12 month period.

Mission for Paid Marketing Manager:

Outcomes:

1. Double total Paid spend by Dec. 2010 without increasing acquisition cost.

• Implement focused geo-targeting by product category in 6 months
• Complete audit of current account for accuracy of landing pages and ad copy within 6 weeks
• Increase average CTR 25% within 6 months

2. Build or implement an automated bidding system by which bids can be managed in less than 3 hours per week within 6 months of hire.

3. Build and develop dedicated PPC marketing landing pages for all keywords within 12 months

• Build 25 landing pages for top trafficked terms within 4 months of hire
• Create scalable system for creating and editing PPC landing pages
• A/B test 10 PPC landing page designs within 9 months of hire

4. Deliver monthly PPC profitability reports to Exec Team
