How Hardwood Flooring Is Made

As has been mentioned in a couple of places on this humble blog of ours, we recently visited a hardwood flooring mill in Quebec, and saw first hand how hardwood floors are made.

Luckily, we decided it would be a good idea to take our video camera along, to see if we could show you, our readers, what it is that we saw.  And what a good idea it was.

We shot this video, which is a brief overview of what happens after green wood (that is, wood that had been cut into planks at a sawmill) arrives at a hardwood flooring mill.
