As Director of Sales, James is responsible for account management, life-cycle management, and sales development for both B2B and D2C teams. In this role, James and his team deliver pragmatic solutions to both home owners and industry professionals.
James has over 12 years of retail leadership experience, including at some of Canada’s top telecom brands such as TELUS and Rogers. James’ passion and expertise lie within developing data-driven lead development strategies, coaching and leadership development programs, and customer loyalty initiatives.
