We love this tile. The brushed finish and chiseled edges look great. This is the second time purchasing this product. We initially installed it in our bathrooms, and then we decided to hold off installing the remainder of the first purchase, so 2 1/2 pallets sat in the yard in the elements for 2 years. We planned to tile our back patios, so just recently opened the tiles & I was extremely impressed with the small % of breakage (less than 5 tiles), and those may still be usable as cut pieces are needed. The 2nd order will be for tiling over the deck around the pool we are installing. I'm told this will hold up ONLY if the contractor pouring the concrete does a near perfect job, but we are taking a chance based on our contractor's guarantee (and they have done same type of job numerous times before). As for the tile already installed, it's extremely easy to clean, looks beautiful. Great price too, especially if you catch it on sale.

Very excited about having it installed. Tile was delivered quickly and beautifully delivered. Packaged very tightly and in order, driver placed it where we wanted it, in garage with no hesitation or problem. No tiles look broken but haven't unpackaged it, will keep u posted when we finally get it installed, looking forward to it. Reason for weight is because the weather here is permitting us from installation.

Wood excellent.. Tile poor. had to many color cariations and chipped corners along with cracked tiles. I sent photos to your team. Hopefully I can work some sort of refund out. It's cast me contractors time. Now I have to pick up new creight of tile and hope an pray I get refunde all or in part of my original tile.
