The stair nose was engineered very well. The tongue and groove was an added plus. The stain and finish was perfect.

I purchased 5,000 square feet of Cappichino Cumara hardwood. Clint, my salesman was great to deal with. He was knowledgable in answering all of my questions and everything he told me was true and accurate. The hardwood was delivered on time and of excellent quality. Out of the 5,000 square feet of hardwood I think I only had a few boards with factory defects. With those boards I cut the defect out and used the remainder of the board. Clint has also been available for me post sales to answer questions regarding maintenance of the floor. If you are a do it yourself person like I am, I strongly recommend BuildDirect as your source for hardwood and ask for Clint Joy when calling them. I was scared to death to purchase $5,000 of hardwood online but Clint and BuidDirect exceeded my expectations. No one paid me for this endorsement, I'm a real customer. ??
