Was a little nervous about ordering from a site I'd never ordered from before, but product was great. Took a few weeks to ship out, however FedEx had great communication with me, even called me and told me schedule date and when they were on their way out. Everything came on a pallet. Floor looking fabulous!

We ordered this over a month ago and finally got around to installing it. The color and pattern is gorgeous and unique. This is our first time installing plank flooring and it's been fairly easy. My only complaint are that there are not enough variations in the flooring pattern and we did have a piece that did not match out of 6 boxes, or so. Shipping was fast and overall we are pleased with the product so far!

I was a little hesitant to order from a company so far away, but their prices were better than Home Depot, Lowes, and other local dealers. The product was just as expected and we received the flooring in an amazingly short time. My husband and son in law put the flooring down with a little help from me!:) We are very pleased!

The flooring is very nice but the transitions and stairnose do not match.
