Great finish and easy to install once you figure our the snap lock technique. The textured finish looks and feels real, and the wood grain pattern is very random and doesn't look a sticker. Planks are on the stiff side - needs to be installed on FLAT, FLAT, and FLAT surface. Sweep, vacuum and repeat - take the time to prep the floor and be sure to sweep the subfloor before every new row. I installed in the basement directly on the concrete floor.

I was very pleased with the new flooring for my kitchen. We have a older home with lots of imperfections and unlevel floors. This flooring went down like it was glad to be home. It turned out beautiful. Ordering went smooth, deliverey was quick though I thought a little expencive. One box was damaged and a new one was sent that we got in 3 days.
