I only needed approx 40 sq. feet and after speaking with a sales person, he agreed to lower their minimum. They arrived protected by a thin cardboard box and most of the crucial edges and ends were chipped and un-usable. After discussing it with the company, they agreed to ship a replacement order, but could not guarantee they would arrive any less damaged. It turns out, they have a minimum so they can ship by pallet, which minimizes or eliminates damage. I've not gone through the second batch to see how much is usable, but ended up going out locally and buying a different product. IF they had explained that a smaller quantity might very well be damaged in transit, I would not have ordered. As it is, I might have enough to do another bathroom if I go through the second batch, but otherwise, I'm out the entire cost and have nothing but product that is essentially worthless to me. So. There. I've reviewed my experience.
