We received EXCELLENT customer service from Blair. The product was disappointing because over 60% of the wood planks were 12" long. We were expecting longer planks to be the majority. Product was easy to install and stained beautifully though. Shipping took longer than expected but Blair was accommodating on that as well!

About 70% of all planks were less than 18". My impression from your website was there would be a fair mix of long and short boards. The overwhelming majority was short boards.

Could NOT be happier with the purchase. We just installed the first two rooms, and installation was as expected. So much less waste than expected, and board character is exactly what we wanted. LOTS of short boards, but they install quick and help with our sloped floor! LOVE LOVE LOVE

The description of the product didn't match the specifications. The flooring was described as "long planks". When we got it it was mostly 12-24" boards. Not long. The specs do say that their average would be 24" but the description says they all come the same length, "long". Also, the delivery process was a mess. We paid the extra $30 to have it shipped to our house rather than picking up st a warehouse, only to find out that I had to unload the truck myself. The delivery driver was hours late. He did help me I load it but I did most of the work myself. We have returned the product. The driver who came to pick it up was 3 hours late and almost couldn't get it in his truck because he didn't have the right equipment. Lucky for him I was able to help and my neighbor also came over to lend a hand. Bottom line, poor experience overall from product to delivery and return.
