    The product is beautiful but we had many pieces that were damaged; missing tongues completely rendering them for use only in the edges where the tongue was not needed. We had about 2-3 packages of totally damaged goods which we did not need but paid for. In addition to missing tongues we experienced vertical splits and broken ends. We measured our house carefully and ordered the extra that was recommended and we were careful to salvage as much of the damaged wood as possible by cutting and discarding broken ends and splits. I must say the product overall is beautiful and we were prudent salvaging the best pieces by cutting off the damage. We also were able to create grooves on our saw for the end we cut off the damage. We have finished the install on the whole house and it looks beautiful and I am very happy. I just wish that all the leftover wood with no tongue was useable. It is easy to put a grove on and end piece but time consuming to make tigers for the large number of pieces missing tongues which were left over. Very pretty and bottom line was my price was the best, even much better than lumber liquidators and the product is beautiful.
