    This seems to be a good quality flooring. I do quite a lot of DIY and remodeling work, so I installed the flooring myself. I used the glue-down method, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Gluing the flooring to the subfloor makes a solid bond, and that reduces noise. I am glad I chose to do it that way instead of stapling it down. Installation was easy, and the results couldn't have come out better. Unlike some flooring, the cartons had a majority of planks that were long, so installation was quicker that if I had to deal with lots of short pieces. The finish on the surface layer looks great and it appears to be durable.
