The Role

We’re looking for driven, people-focused sales pros in Los Angeles to sell our premium flooring to retailers, builders, professional installers, and homeowners. You’ll visit customers face-to-face, show samples, and close deals.

• Based out of Santa Fe Springs, reporting to our Site Operations Manager.
• Assigned leads + provided handle boards, displays, and pricing sheets.
• Commission on every sale you influence — no limits.

You Are:

• A natural connector who thrives in face-to-face sales.
• Competitive, energetic, and motivated by big commission checks.
• Comfortable visiting multiple clients a day.
• Equipped with your own vehicle.
• 1+ years of in-person product sales (flooring/building industry a plus).

You Will:

• Sell to a mix of professionals and homeowners.
• Present our products with confidence and clarity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships in your territory.
• Promote our value vs. competitors.
