You need to be a licensed contractor, property manager, developer, real estate investor, or operate a business that purchases flooring in professional capacity. Apply online - the form takes only a minute and approval typically comes within one business day.

We ship LTL freight on pallets direct to any US address - including active job sites. Liftgate delivery is available on qualifying orders. You'll receive a tracking number and freight contact for every shipment. Delivery times vary by location, typically 3–7 business days.

Net 30 terms are available for Pro accounts at the Standard tier (10+ cases per order) and above, subject to credit review. During your account application, you can indicate interest in net terms and our team will contact you with the credit application.

Yes. Your Pro account lets you save multiple delivery addresses, name orders by project, and pull order history by job site. If you have multiple crews or project managers, we can also discuss sub-account access.

There's no minimum order for Pro accounts - you can order a single case. However, volume pricing tiers kick in at 10 cases, and pallet pricing is unlocked at 100+ cases. Most contractors find the 50–100 case range hits the sweet spot on price and freight cost.
