      At 50% discount, I was able to afford this quality flooring for a sunroom which used to be an open porch. The 1964 wood flooring was peeling, stained and drafty. This went directly over top, and the installer said it was fairly simple. I must say, watching him, I would not say this is a "honey do" without prior experience.\n\nThe built-in underlayment is a plus. I opened the boxes and let sit indoors for three days after delivery. With a 10% cushion, I have nearly a box left over because the pieces were pristine. The only hurt was the cost of shipping. FedEx guy was a prince, though.\n\nThe gentleman at BuildDirect.com was patient and so helpful as I explained the construction of the existing flooring and conditions. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for company and Victoria Waterproof Laminate Flooring.
