ROBERTS® Moisture Barricade is specifically designed for use beneath vinyl, laminate, SPC, and engineered wood flooring to protect against moisture-related damage. Recommended by the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA), this 6-mil thick polyethylene film serves as a Class-1 moisture barrier when installed over concrete subfloors, effectively safeguarding and prolonging the lifespan of finished floors. It can also be paired with standard underlayments as an extra layer of moisture protection.

  • Class 1 Vapor Barrier protects against moisture when installing vinyl, laminate, SPC and engineered wood flooring
  • Ideal for use with laminate flooring with pre-attached underlayment and with floating resilient products such as SPC over concrete slabs
  • 6 mil. thick polyethylene film exceeds NWFA requirements for use over concrete subfloors
  • Superior moisture protection for above, on, and below grade
